and bars of Summerville. And everything prepared with special care so that
you will never forget the pleasure of eating here.

the morning you can savour a wide selection of fresh fruits
and tropical fruit juices, as well as traditional Pernambuco
treats such as ‘tapioca’ - a pancake made of fresh
manioc flour and served with coconut and cheese or ‘bolo
de rolo’ – our very own Jam Roll, with miraculously
thin layers of cake filled with guava jam. Your lunch will be served on buffet style or "a la cart" at Sete Mares Restaurant, swimming pool area or Quebramar Restaurant, always with a sophisticated brasilian culinary touch.
In the evenings come and join in our theme parties, with the
menu and decoration matching the evening’s theme.
At Summerville you are going to taste and enjoy the best plates of Portuguese culinary, the delicious French gastronomy, the brazilian lively nights and the great and lovely taste of the oriental food.
 Seafood is the speciality
of
the ‘Sete Mares’ night, and we have all the best
of Italian cooking on the ‘Sapore di Italia’ evenings. ‘Sabores
do Mundo’ means the best of international cuisine will
be offered to you, and at the weekends we have the traditional
Brazilian ‘feijoada’ – our deliciously rich
bean stew - on Saturday lunchtimes and the ‘Aquarela
do Brasil’ bringing dishes from all over our country.
At Quebramar Restaurant you can enjoy a delicious sea food menu into a romantic and confortable atmosphere by candle lights.
Our Sundays we have our special brunch for those who rise later.
For our younger guests, a special menu in the Kid’s Club
restaurant will certainly please the children’s tastes,
and keep mum happy about how healthily they’re eating.
